Broadway Commerce Center
While at Jones Lang LaSalle, I created promotional flyers for the properties that were for sale. I would work closely with the brokers as well as an analyst for content. See the full flyer here: Broadway Commerce Center.

Homequest Mobile
M Realty/M Powered Media had a monthly newsletter, this is an example of one of the many image headers I had created. These were a lot of fun and gave my a change to play and find new creative ways to be creative with typography.
This is a stock photo where I placed an image of the mobile app of the phone screen.
Chill Out

This photo was actually taken by one of our in-house photographers at a cook-out we had in our parking lot!

Century 21 Billboard
After designing, ensuring I remain in our branding guidelines, proofing, and working with the printer and installer with Century 21, I was rewarded with seeing my hard work around town!
This billboard was a real treat because I didn’t know exactly where they install location was when I had ordered it, then BOOM there is was on my way home .
Don’t worry, I always pulled over when taking these photos!
For Sale Sign
After designing, ensuring I remain in our branding guidelines, proofing, and working with the printer and installer, I am rewarded with seeing my hard work around town!
Simple projects, but still fun to see my work at work.
Roofus
After designing, ensuring I remain in our branding guidelines, proofing, and working with the printer and installer, I am rewarded with seeing my hard work around town!
Roofus was a lot of fun! It was a house that would move around town and the first person to find Roofus and take would get a prize! No prizes were won my me of course, but I wanted to get a photo of the banner I had created on Roofus’ roof!
Trade Show Booth
The typical CENTURY 21 Trade Show Booth doesn't stray from the colors found in the logo: yellow, black and white. The booth would typically consist of a black table with real estate agents sat behind it, TVs displaying homes available, and maybe a prize wheel to encourage people to stop and chat.
In 2014, we decided to do something new! With the theme, "Find out what your nest egg is worth." I was able to come up with, design, and install the elements required to successfully promote this new approach to a trade show booth for CENTURY 21. The booth was built to center around the grand-prize giveaway - an entire toddler room set from IKEA! As I mentioned, I not only design the signs, but also spend 8 hours with two other co-workers to install the wall paper, build the IKEA furniture, set up the signs I had created, and get our booth show ready.

This was out flyer promoting the Trade Show Booth for the Home and Garden show in 2014.
The Perfect Move Magazine
The Perfect Move Magazine is a quarterly magazine distributed through-out Tri-Cities, Washington. It acts as a local guide to Real Estate in Tri-Cities and also features events, businesses, wineries, and much more to allow the reader to become familiarized with the area. The Perfect Move Magazine has a circulation of 10,000 and and published online here: The Perfect Move on Issue
I love the thrill of putting the magazine together! It's always a busy time of year - and it's all year round since it came out at the beginning of each Season! I was hands-on in every step of the way, including planning out the entire calendar for the year, communicating with the writer, professional photographers around the area and working with another designer on the entire layout of the magazine. It was also my job to ensure the page files were set up correctly for the printers to ensure that absolutely everything was in order and out to the public on time.
Below are links to the online issues I was in charge of planning, designing, editing and submitting:
Summer 2013, Fall 2013, Winter 2013-2014, Spring 2014, Summer 2014, Fall 2014
